Cancellations (by client):
Fully refundable until April 1, 2007
Fully refundable less $10,000 deposit between April 1, 2007 and May 1, 2007
Half refundable ($24,975) between May 1, 2007 and July 1, 2007
No refund after July 1, 2007
All payments go into escrow until July 1, 2007. If Remote Lands cancels the trip for any reason, all deposits and payments made will be fully refunded. Remote Lands reserves the right to withdraw the tour or any part of it, or to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable.
Price includes all hotels, meals, house wine and spirits, bottled water, parties, events, activities, taxes, tariffs, departure fees, gratuities, airport transfers, ground transportation, and air transportation from LAX to Bangkok.
Medical expense insurance, emergency medical evacuation insurance, and baggage and personal effects loss and delay insurance are included up to specified caps. You are responsible for trip cancellation insurance which covers you in the event that you cancel your trip for any reason. You are responsible for any insurance above and beyond the limits provided by Remote LandsÕ insurance coverage (please ask Remote Lands for complete details). Additional travel insurance is strongly recommended. Remote Lands would be happy to assist you with purchasing such additional travel insurance.
