Ubud, Bali, Indonesia - 18 September

After touching down at Denpasar Airport, you will be driven approximately 90 minutes north to reach Amandari. The short car journey is your first chance to get a glimpse of Bali’s famed rice paddies and lush highlands - or just catch up on some sleep. A healthy lunch, and dinner at the open-air restaurant await you at the resort.

Day 2
Ubud, Bali, Indonesia - 19 September

Suitably rested and ready to kick off this two-week journey, the action starts with some gentle breathing and foot work. After breakfast, you will meet with Yamuna who introduces you to her signature body rolling technique. A sunset meditation session, Balinese dance performance and torch-lit dinner rounds off the day.

Day 3
Ubud, Bali, Indonesia - 20 September

This morning sees an early energizing session, followed by more body rolling with Yamuna. A healthy alfresco lunch awaits at Amandari’s kitchen garden, which should see you through the afternoon’s group Chakra meditation session. As well as dinner, the evening gives you plenty of time to take advantage of the spa or relax by the pool.

Day 4
Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia - 21 September

It’s time check out and head to Bali’s east coast today; along the way, you can stop off for an invigorating ‘melukat’, a traditional water blessing said to have purifying properties. You will arrive at the stunning Amankila in time for lunch, which is followed by the day’s scheduled session with Yamuna. Dinner overlooks the resort’s three-tier pool, although the views from your Ocean Suite room are just as breathtaking.

Day 5
Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia - 22 September

Wake up with a walking meditation session around the Amankila’s surrounding rice fields. After a wellness breakfast, you’re ready for the today’s three-hour body rolling session which focuses on the back and shoulders. The afternoon is your opportunity to take part in an activity such as snorkeling, paddle-boarding, or you can choose to stay dry with some yoga or spa time.

Day 6
Karangasem, Bali, Indonesia - 23 September

Today’s main activity is a group cooking class inside the resort. You’ll be using fresh herbs and vegetables plucked from the chef’s own garden and, under the guidance of Amankila’s local culinary team, will learn how to prepare several Indonesian delicacies. After enjoying your own creations (as part of lunch), a body rolling session, evening meditation and farewell dinner conclude the day.

Day 7
Java, Indonesia - 24 September

Step aboard your private jet - it is time to take to the skies once again in search of Java. An onboard session with Yamuna will alleviate the effects of flying, while an onboard lunch, prepared by Amankila, will alleviate any side effects of hunger. Touchdown and reach Amanjiwo in time for dinner.

Day 8
Java, Indonesia - 25 September

Today begins in a familiar fashion, with a pre-breakfast breathing routine, breakfast and late morning body rolling session. After lunch, trek the Menoreh Hills up to lofty viewpoint looking out over Amanjiwo. You will also meet some of the locals and learn how to make jamu, a widely-consumed healing tonic.

Day 9
Java, Indonesia - 26 September

Early risers have the chance to take a tour out to the ancient monument of Borobudur; sunrise over this magnificent Buddhist site is not to be missed. Next, it is back to Amankila for breakfast and body rolling, with an after-lunch tour heading out to Rotunda in search of the secrets behind traditional batik art.

Day 10
Pamalican, Philippines - 27 September

Time to swap Indonesia for the Philippines, where the private jet will fly you across the water, reaching the idyllic Pamalican island in time for lunch, which you will enjoy with a relaxing beach view. For the rest of the day, an island tour and refreshing body rolling session with Yamuna are offered.

Day 11
Pamalican, Philippines - 28 September

Along with your regular session with Yamuna and energy-boosting breakfast, today presents a great opportunity to experience one of the many thrilling activities on the island. Wake up with a sunrise yoga session; don your running shoes for a jog through the jungle; dive into the crystal clear waters with a snorkel or set off a tour boat. After an energetic day, the resort’s spa is waiting should you wish to unwind.

Day 12
Pamalican, Philippines - 29 September

Having undertaken your daily body rolling session, head off on a walking tour of the island - guided by Amanpulo’s very own fitness team. You’ll want to be back at the resort in time for the healthy dinner and wind-down session in the luxurious spa.

Day 13
Vinh Hy Bay, Vietnam - 30 September

Today, Vietnam - the third and final country of this wellness journey - awaits. There is time to fit in an in-flight session with Yamuna while making the surprisingly short hop from Manilla to Cam Ranh Airport. Take time to unwind and enjoy dinner upon arrival at Amanoi in the pretty Vinh Hy Bay.

Day 14
Vinh Hy Bay, Vietnam - 1 October

After a breathing and foot work session, followed by the body rolling session, prepare to head out for lunch on a floating restaurant on Vinh Hy Bay. Freshly-caught fish, wild lobster and a glass of chilled wine make this one of the trip’s most memorable lunches. There is more leisure time in the evening with a cocktail reception and live entertainment back at Amanoi.

Day 15
Vinh Hy Bay, Vietnam - 2 October

Your final full day sees three separate wellness sessions, focusing on breathing, stretching, exercise and body rolling techniques. Time permitting, enjoy another group cooking session (you’ll be making Vietnamese specialties this time), spa relaxation and a couple’s movement session.

Day 16
Vinh Hy Bay, Vietnam - 3 October

Rise early for a gentle 45-minute walk to Temple Cove; the viewpoint at the end of the trail affords some superb views across the rocky shoreline to Nui Chua National Park. After breakfast is your final chance to reap the benefits of one of Yamuna’s sessions at the resort. A final lunch is served before you are transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
