The exclusive, relaxing Evason Hideaway feels like sleepaway camp for grown-ups, albeit one with a French chef and a top-notch spa, facing traquil Ninh Van Bay. There are 49 thatch-roofed luxe-rustic villas all with private plunge pools, wine cellars and sundecks accessorized with organic fabrics and coconut fixtures.
