Horsing Around China
Qinghai, China
Located in central China, Qinghai province is home to just 5 million people, most of whom are Tibetans, Kazakhs and Mongols. Stay in a private luxury camp, and witness firsthand the confluence of culture by attending the Yushu Horse Racing Festival, held annually in late July, hiking to Gechak Nunnery and Danag Monastery, and visiting a series of villages home to sand painting and thangka artists.

In the Cradle of Khans
Mongolia
This relatively small country, home to the great conqueror Genghis Khan, looks perhaps just as it did in his day with unspoiled grasslands, majestic cliffs, and crystal-clear waters. Sleep in a yurt, locally called a ger, chat with nomadic families about their unique ways of life, watch falconry and archery demonstrations, and hike through the pristine landscapes of the Gobi Desert. The best time to visit Mongolia is June-September. |

India's Final Frontier
Ladakh, India
Situated in India's northernmost state, Ladakh offers a cornucopia of authentic experiences in the breathtaking Himalayas. Stay in refurbished village homes, trek through barley fields and apricot orchards, raft down the Indus River, and rise early to watch Buddhist monks start their days in remote monasteries. This remarkable experience is offered only in the months of August and September. |
Private Jets in Asia
Would you love to fly privately in Asia but assume it's too expensive? An economical alternative to flying the entire way privately is to fly commercially to and from Asia, and pick up a jet in a hub city such as Hong Kong or Bangkok. For an extended family or small group of friends, it can make a lot of sense to opt for this hybrid solution and charter a luxury aircraft that seats 8-16 people.
Prices for private air travel within Asia start as low as $100,000 for 2 people for a 10 day all-inclusive journey to three countries on a King Air, and $175,000 on a Challenger or Gulfstream. Please call for details.
