The Shangri-La's Boracay Resort has private access to two secluded white beaches, Punta Bunga and Banyugan Beach. The beaches provide ideal locations for sunbathing, swimming and a variety of water sports. Along Bar offers light bites and drinks served on the powdery sands. 


The spa is built around the legend of Shangri-La, providing a heavenly hideaway of relaxation and rejuvenation. The detached spa village complex is situated on a rocky peninsula looking out over a private bay. The treatment menu consists of body massages, hydrotherapy treatments and facials.

Health and Fitness

Keep active on vacation with the Shangri-La's Boracay Resort’s range of health and fitness facilities. The resort has a health club complete with gym, sauna and steam room, as well as a tennis court and a drive center offering diving for beginner to advanced levels. 

Scuba Diving and Snorkeling

The tropical clear waters around the island are ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling.There are more than 20 dive sites around the island boasting rich marine life, each within half an hour's boat ride from the resort. The resort even has its own marine sanctuary, close to the private beach. The resort dive center offers PADI scuba diving and snorkeling courses for experienced divers and learners. Courses on offer include; advanced open water diver, discovery scuba diver, open water diver and specialty courses.

Sea Activities

The gorgeous waters of Boracay allow for many water activities and day trips. The calm waters make ideal conditions for day trips, cruises and excursions. Guests at Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort can try water sports activities such as catamaran sailing, deep-sea fishing, fun tubes and banana rides, jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, private charter boating, Seawalker TM, water skiing, mono skiing, wake and knee boarding and wind surfing. Guests may also enjoy a day’s island-hopping on traditional banca boats, romantic sunset cruises on a wind sail, or luxury yachts cruises. 

Swimming Pool

Shangri-La's Boracay Resort is home to one of the country's largest free-form swimming pools, the large pool is fringed by palm trees and framed by tropical landscaped gardens and water fountains. Guests needn’t move for refreshments as snacks and drinks can be enjoyed at the poolside restaurant, Cielo.


The hotel has a selection of dining options ranging from a cliff-top casual seafood restaurant to fine Italian dining and a tropical beach bar. Guests can enjoy sunset cocktails at the bar overlooking the calm sea waters and rare wines at the wine buffet in the lobby lounge.

Rima serves fine Italian cuisine against an awesome backdrop of the ocean. The restaurant is run by chef Gianluca Visciglia who specialises in Tuscan cuisine. 


Sirena is located on the cliff top and looks down towards the turquoise ocean. The restaurant serves fresh seafood in a relaxed casual setting. The chefs prepare the latest catch with seasonal and imported ingredients. Try the ran-roasted block cod with rosemary and blue cheese, sautéed zucchini and mushroom veloute. 

Solana Bar

Solana Bar offers a wide selection of spirits, wines, beers and cocktails with awesome views from its cliff top location. 


Guests may indulge in food buffets from around the world. Including salads, meats, seafood, pasta, sashimi, shuishi, noodles, appetiser, fresh bread and pastries and a dessert table.
