Our private jet was a very important part of our trip. Most of the legs were less than 30 minutes, compared to six to 10 hours if we traveled by road. Overall, we had a fantastic trip to a new country for us. Remote Lands never fails!

Why We Love This Hotel :

Location: Positioned on the border of Rajasthan’s Ranthambore National Park, guests are close to tiger territory.

History: The camp is in unspoiled wilderness close to 10th-century ruins of temples and ancient forts.

Service: Butlers are on call 24/7 to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Knowledgeable guides are at hand for animal and bird-spotting.

Aside from wildlife-spotting, travelers can take their relaxation to the next level at the spa, or take a cooling dip in the property's stepwell.

Spa Tent

The Aman Spa features two treatment areas offering massage, facials, reflexology and more at the hands of trained wellness professionals. Half and one hour reiki sessions are provided, as are guided sessions of yoga and meditation. Guests can also have their hands painted with traditional henna art made from local herbs and spices.

Modeled after the Mughals' ancient stepped bathing pools, the bawadi, or stepwell, at Aman-i-Khs allows travelers to cool off after a safari. There are tree-shaded areas around the pool where guests can relax on cushions and enjoy the warm climate.

Guests can head to the main Dining Tent to enjoy their gourmet meals, or arrange for meals to be taken in their tents. An open fire creates a romantic setting for after dinner drinks, or guests can retreat to the lounge to read with a cup of tea or coffee.

Dining Tent

The Dining Tent serves up delicious Western and Indian cuisine, made from fresh produce from the resort's organic vegetable garden. After dinner, guests can relax around an open log fire under the stars.

Offering a selection of books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and board games the Lounge is a comfortable and luxurious area for relaxing in. The Lounge also has a WiFi connection for those with their own laptops.
