TESTIMONIALS

It was individual and authentic. And I was treated like a family friend, not a paying guest.

Nadesar Palace

Why We Love This Hotel :

Location: This property provides a tranquil haven amid mango orchards and marigold trees in the middle of Varanasi.

History: Nadesar Palace has been hosting royalty and VIPs since 1835, with all rooms faithfully restored to their original grandeur.

Service: Palace butlers are on hand to serve meals, assist with enquiries and provide information on both Varanasi and the palace.

This luxurious palace offers both modern and traditional leisure facilities, from the extensive gardens to the latest therapies in Jiva Spa.

Jiva Spa

This opulent palace spa has three treatment rooms and specializes in traditional Indian therapies using Ayurvedic principles, though more contemporary treatments are also available. Massage, anti-aging facials, skin rejuvenating scrubs and wraps are all available. Yoga classes are also offered.

Pool

An opulent stepwell-style pool is positioned behind the palace, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for poolside relaxation.

Dining at Nadesar Palace reflects royal Indian cuisine, offering local delicacies, regional classics and Ayurvedic options. There are several atmospheric spaces around the palace to enjoy private dining.

Dining Room

This casual-yet-sophisticated venue offers fine Indian cuisine inspired by the royal menus. Local dishes and sweetmeats are on the menu, complete with Varanasi special - the betel leaf.

Poolside

Light meals, drinks and cocktails are available in the courtyard that surrounds the pool. Guests can relax on a sun lounger with a chilled beverage or enjoy sunset drinks with a magnificent garden view.

Verandah

Guests can enjoy breakfast with a view or take afternoon tea al fresco on the colonnaded verandah terrace. The verandahs provide peaceful green views over the palace gardens.
