Four Seasons Langkawi

Why We Love This Hotel :

Location: The Four Seasons is based in Jalan Tanjung Rhu, with its beautiful crystal blue water and the whitest of white powdery sand, making it the ideal tropical retreat. Behind the resort itself are the most stunning mountaintop landscapes Malaysia has to offer, blanketed by tropical jungle.

History: Langkawi is often referred to as the Jewel of the Kedah, being the largest island of the eponymous Pulau Langkawi. The mangroves that surround the resort have also been protected by UNESCO.

Service: The Four Seasons is a welcoming place for families, allowing guests to bring along their children under 18 years of age at no extra charge, and even providing a family pool that is separate from the adult pool.

The Four Seasons features a long list of activities that are fun for the whole family. Guests can take a break while their children frolic in the kids’ club, while parents relax in the spa or perhaps enjoy a pleasant dip in the pool.

Fitness Center

The well-equipped fitness center overlooks a beautiful tropical garden, and features state-of-the-art equipment that even include attached TVs.

Kids Club

At the Kids for All Seasons club, children can enjoy a fun-filled kids club near the Kelapa Grill, as well as kids yoga, which promotes positive creativity, and hour-long excursions in Kilim Karst Geoforest Park.

Guests can choose from the 180-foot adult quiet pool, where they can relax in a mature and elegant beachfront atmosphere, or the 164-foot family pool, where they can enjoy quality time with their children. Poolside cafes serve up refreshments.

Guests can bask in the healing energies of Langkawi's UNESCO Geopark, where treatments are individualized and done using natural and luxurious ingredients.

Water Sports

The beachfront water sports pavilion rents out all kinds of equipment for guests to make the most of their time in the tropical waters, from jet skis, to waterskis, to wakeboarding equipment, to the more leisurely kayaks, this pavilion has pretty much everyone one could desire.

The Four Seasons Langkawi offers guests a selection of three fine dining restaurants, from Ikan Ikan, with its authentic Malay specialties, to the top-notch Italian dining at Serai, to the breezy Kelapa Grill.

This authentic Malaysian restaurant has been built to mimic a traditional Malaysian home, and the specialty here is seafood. Guests may choose from four dining areas on the beachfront pavilion, as well as a lower-level cocktail and alfresco dining terrace, among other seating areas.

Kelapa Grill

This lunch and dinner restaurant features innovative cuisine from the West to the East. Guests will find it an ideal meeting point for enjoying beachfront cocktails in the evening time.
