Product Coordinator (Bangkok Office)

Day to Day

This is a great opportunity for a motivated person to grow with an expanding product team and help shape, develop, and deliver the very best experiences. The role of overseeing product for 33 countries is varied and busy. It offers the opportunity to work independently and as a member of a team, flex your critical thinking, maximize your creativity, and stretch your time-management and multi-tasking skills to their limits.

You will assist the Product Team to:

  • Explore, design, source, and implement new and unique product
  • Review, analyze, and improve existing product
  • Manage and maintain professional relationships with our ground teams and suppliers
  • Support and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams
  • Complete and distribute internal product inspection reports
  • Manage, maintain, and update the knowledge base and other platforms
  • Write and edit compelling product copy and briefs

This is a junior role with flexibility to do and learn much more as you develop with the team and company.

Qualifications

  • Currently living in Bangkok
  • Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • University degree
  • Strong computer skills and fast-learner of tech programs
  • Ability to multi-task and support/collaborate with many cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and General Management Team
  • Knowledge of countries where we travel and of the travel industry is an asset

About the Bangkok Office

Work together fluidly with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams in our open plan office with views of the surrounding business scene, conveniently right off the sky train station at Ploenchit, 7/11 downstairs, tasty Thai street food just around the corner.
