WHY VISIT TAIPEI?

A captivating blend of tradition and modernity, Taipei offers travelers everything from towering skyscrapers to centuries-old temples. Explore vibrant night markets like Shilin and Raohe for a taste of authentic Taiwanese street food or discover the world-class art and artifact collections at the National Palace Museum.
Cultural landmarks such as Xingtian and Longshan temples offer peaceful respite, while the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park showcases Taipei’s growing contemporary art scene. And for those seeking nature, Yangmingshan National Park is just a short drive away, offering hot springs and scenic hiking trails. Efficient public transport makes exploring this dynamic city effortless and rewarding.
PATINA OSAKA:
CONTEMPORARY LUXURY IN JAPAN'S CULTURAL CAPITAL

Ideally located between Osaka Castle and Naniwa No Miya Park, this sleek urban retreat embodies modern design infused with local cultural sensibilities.
With 221 thoughtfully appointed rooms and suites, Patina Osaka invites guests to connect deeply with their surroundings. Culinary highlights include P72, a restaurant celebrating Japan’s 72 micro-seasons with sustainable cuisine. Wellness offerings take center stage, featuring cutting-edge treatments like cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Music and art lovers will delight in The Listening Room by OJAS, a dedicated audiophile space with curated vinyl collections.
Whether starting the day with sunrise yoga, joining vinyl appreciation sessions led by local tastemakers, or participating in hands-on culinary workshops, Patina Osaka offers more than just accommodation—it’s a hub for creativity and meaningful exploration.
WHY VISIT OSAKA?

Underrated Osaka, the country's third-largest city, was never previously thought of as much of a tourist destination. However, its lively atmosphere and down-to-earth, friendly inhabitants make it a worthy rival to cities such as Kyoto and Tokyo. An amazing food scene that birthed Japanese classics such as okonomiyaki (savoury pancake) and takoyaki (octopus balls) doesn't hurt either.
These morsels — and many others—can be sampled on a street food sojourn in the Dotonbori area. Osaka’s culinary traditions can also be uncovered at CupNoodles Museum Osaka Ikeda, dedicated to instant noodles and its creator and founder, where you can craft your cup noodles.
Art and design fans can explore spaces like the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, while the city’s cutting-edge architecture and fashion-forward districts reflect its ever-evolving identity.
COMING SOON:
CAPELLA KYOTO

We’re greatly looking forward to the opening of Capella Kyoto later this year — a thoughtful new addition to Japan’s cultural capital. Located on Yamatooji-dori in the historic Miyagawa-chō district, this four-storey property sits beside the famed Miyagawa-chō Kaburenjo theatre, long associated with Kyoto’s geiko and maiko traditions. Home to 89 rooms, the hotel is a quiet study in harmony, blending contemporary design with curated Japanese artworks and artefacts. Interiors are rendered in calming tones and refined textures, reflecting Kyoto’s enduring aesthetic of restraint and beauty.
