Planning the Journey

Remote Lands is a full-service travel provider that arranges every detail of your tailor-made Asian journey. In addition to designing your complete itinerary and all your activities on the ground, we will also assist you in finding the ideal jet for your Asian travels. We work with the very best operators, and have access to thousands of aircraft worldwide, from King Airs to Challengers to Gulfstreams. We will work closely with you to determine your precise needs based on your travel distances, the number of passengers and your luggage requirements. Remote Lands does not manage or operate aircraft on behalf of our clients, but rather acts as a liaison to the very best operators in Asia and North America.

Once we have selected the operator and the aircraft, and we have decided upon your itinerary, Remote Lands will work closely with the operator to ensure the myriad of details are in place: flight paths, flyover permits, landing permits, catering, crews, etc. There are many quirks that are particular to each of the countries and the many different Asian airports, and these must all be dealt with appropriately in conjunction with local experts.

Safety is our primary concern. We work only with the most experienced charter operators, and all flights are operated by Part 135 carriers. All operators must meet the stringent standard of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for safety, security, maintenance and service under FAA Regulation 135. All aircraft must have an ARG/US-certified Pilot-in-Command and Second-in-Command, and must carry appropriate insurance and all required documentation.
