For Aman’s 30th anniversary celebration, Remote Lands is redefining extraordinary with its exclusive Global Private Jet Expedition: a journey in luxury to nine diverse, fascinating countries via private jet.

With carefully selected destinations – from exciting cities and breathtaking mountains to stunning beaches and enlightening religious expeditions – travelers will find themselves in a whirlwind of unique cultures. After a day surrounded by Japanese cherry blossoms, standing knee-deep in the pearly seas of Phuket’s shores, or drifting dreamily down Venice’s Grand Canal at sunset, at night you’ll enjoy unrivaled opulence and leisure at a selection of signature Aman properties.

Be one of 16 privileged guests to experience this incredible expedition, traveling aboard an Airbus ACJ 319 designed for 126 passengers and refitted with living rooms and bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even a shower for just 18 passengers. Each couple has their own private car, driver, and guide for transfers and touring, and evenings include lavish cocktail and dinner parties throughout the adventure to give travelers an opportunity to mix in elegance and style.

Japan

This exceptional expedition begins with welcome drinks at Aman Tokyo in the captivating country of Japan, where eye-catching contradictions are common always captivating. In today’s Tokyo ancient palaces border modern skyscrapers, vibrant alleyways lined with tiny bars teeming with nightlife revelers abut serene ancient temples, and expansive parks are just steps away from buzzing, metropolitan art galleries and museums. From sushi-making classes to sword-fighting lessons and tea ceremonies, the Tokyo itinerary guarantees guests an illuminating glimpse into the most authentic and exhilarating aspects of Japan’s vibrant, dynamic culture.

China

The next leg of the journey continues to Shanghai, China. If its architectural grandeur isn’t enough – from classic Middle Kingdom to European Art Deco – the spirited, historic city is sure to steal your heart with its Michelin-star restaurants, vigorous nightlife, and cultural treats on every corner. Here, you are invited to enjoy the gorgeous Yu Gardens, to promenade down the magnificent Bund, walk through the shaded French Concession, and explore the old Jewish neighborhoods and synagogue. In a break from the bustle of the metropolis, you will be staying at Amanyangyun, a respite of luxury and tranquility created from 50 Ming- and Qing-dynasty villas and ten thousand trees relocated from Fuzhou to this rural area.

Vietnam

Combining panoramic views of sweeping beaches and natural landscapes, your stay at the Amanoi resort in Vietnam’s Ninh Thuan will sate your appetite for golden-sand and crystal-blue water. Whether you spend your time drinking cocktails in the dramatic vistas of the resort’s restaurant pavilion, cycling through local villages for the rush of the morning markets, or exploring the idyllic Vinh Hy Bay by boat, prepare to indulge in paradise itself. Here you can also hike to Goga Peak’s magical heights, join an invigorating yoga class, or make your way to the well-equipped spa and indulge in some much-deserved pampering.

Thailand

Step off the private jet and sink your toes into the sand of Thailand’s largest island, Phuket. After settling into your rooms at the radiant Amanpuri, enjoy some of the world’s most inviting beaches. Take a gourmet lunch cruise through the picturesque Phang Nga Bay, comprised of dozens of dramatic limestone rock islands including James Bond Island from “The Man with the Golden Gun” fame. Sit back and bask in island charm from sunrise to sunset, whether you are relaxing with a summer read or taking advantage of the nearby islands and dive sites. As the sun sets, savor cocktails and cuisine from around the world with your traveling companions and relish in that famous southern Thailand charm.

Bhutan

Next, guests will fly to a paradise of another kind: Bhutan, the fairytale kingdom high in the Himalayas between China and India. Trading azure waters for striking mountains and ancient temples, Bhutan is rich in history and Buddhist roots, combining a certain rustic grace with religious reverence. Amankora incorporates Dzongkha-style architecture and ambiance to evoke a feeling of wonder in the Bhutanese culture. During your time here, explore the charming capital city of Thimpu, catch glimpses of the curious takin, Bhutan's national animal, and visit an astrology school where young monks learn to predict fortunes. After two nights in Thimpu, drive an hour to Paro where you will hike to the remarkable Tiger’s Nest monastery clinging to the side of a cliff face thousands of feet above the valley floor. Experience a long life blessing, or, if you wish, join in a traditional Bhutanese marriage ceremony to renew your wedding vows.

India

From Bhutan, we fly on to India. Before you reach the oasis of Amanbagh in Rajasthan, spend the day exploring the cultural delights of Jaipur. From palaces and museums to thriving markets and bazaars, a day in the Pink City provides travelers with the perfect opportunity to be swept away in the magic of Indian culture. At Amanbagh in Alwar, the cultural enlightenment continues unabated. In the morning, join in an excursion to the ruins of the city of Bandhavgarh, rich in medieval history and haunting folklore; spend the afternoon enjoying the much-loved guest favorite, the Cowdust Tour, as the day ends and the cows and other livestock return home with the farmers. The evening activities include a sacred Fire Meditation purification ceremony before gathering to enjoy a farewell dinner with your fellow travelers.

Greece

We move on from Asia to Europe with our arrival in Athens and an exciting helicopter ride to ancient Porto Heli, Greece, on the beautiful Peloponnesian coast – full of UNESCO World Heritage archeological sites and classic Greek vistas. The second day involves a scenic boat trip to the charming Spetses Island, where you can explore the town, the local restaurants, and the waterfront, all the while admiring the picturesque Aegean Sea. The last day will feature a drive back to Athens to explore the Acropolis, including the Parthenon, theaters, temples, and other amazing examples of 5th century BC architecture.

Montenegro

From Greece, we set a course for Montenegro, a country relatively untouched by mass tourism, preserving its effortless, picturesque appeal. Here you’ll be surrounded by steep, stunning limestone cliffs and a vast cache of medieval charms by way of cobbled streets, glamorous cafes, and ornate churches and monasteries. The island of Sveti Stefan is a fortified village dating back to the 15th century, and just north
of the stony architecture of the Aman Sveti Stefan lies the town of Budva, famed for its sandy beaches on the Adriatic Sea and its lively nightlife. Farther up the coast is the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kotor, an ancient port built around a submerged river canyon overseen by striking limestone cliffs.

Italy

This remarkable journey concludes in the enchantingly ancient city of Venice, Italy. From the luxurious and romantic Aman Venice, explore the colorful city’s architectural beauty starting in the central square, Piazza San Marco, with the celebrated St. Mark’s Basilica. Visit the museums, Renaissance and Gothic palaces, and galleries brimming with cultural treasures. Barter in the historic Rialto and take in the timeless architecture along the Grand Canal banks via gondola ride. This once-in-a-lifetime journey has a final farewell dinner, a chance for the travelers to reminisce on the adventure they shared, the sights they saw, and the memories they made.
