Singapore is a destination unlike anywhere else — tropical, urban, cosmopolitan, green — and now the Lion City has announced it is open to vaccinated travelers without quarantine as part of the Vaccinated Travel Lane for 11 low-risk countries, including the United States, Canada and Great Britain.
