Bhutan - The Chomolhari Base Camp Trek

The Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan offers spectacular Himalayan scenery, a way of life barely touched by the world outside, friendly people, and of course some of the world's most incredible treks. The Chomolhari Base Camp trek is a challenging 13-day hike through some of the country's most amazing scenery, as well as taking in the cities of Paro and Thimphu. It's just one of our selection of exhilarating Bhutan adventures, including shorter treks for those short on time (or stamina!).

Japan - Winter Sports in Hokkaido

Japan's Hokkaido region is arguably Asia's best winter sports destination. Whether it's snowshoe trekking, snowboarding or skiing, its slopes, particularly in the luxury ski mecca of Niseko, offer some of the world's best powder, as well as the usual impeccable Japanese hospitality in its superb restaurants, private condos and hotels such as the Green Leaf at Niseko Village. Relax apres-ski in a steaming onsen, soothing your tired muscles in natural hot springs that are an obsession for many Japanese.

Malaysia - Diving in Sipadan

Sipadan is now firmly established as one of the world's top 10 scuba dive spots. Featuring a huge limestone column rising from the seabed through crystal clear waters, it is home to a huge variety of marine life including dolphins, sharks, turtles and colourful corals, as well as exciting wreck diving at Kapalai. Throw in stunning overwater bungalows at luxury resorts such as Mabul Water Bungalows, and you have Malaysia's finest diving experience.

India - Tiger Safari

No Asian destination offers more thrilling wildlife safari opportunities than India. Home to some of Asia's most amazing national parks, the country boasts abundant wildlife including the iconic Bengal tiger. These magnificent animals are protected at wildlife reserves including Ranthambore, Panna, Pench and Kanha, where you can spend your days tiger spotting before retiring to luxury tented camps such as Aman-i-Kas, Oberoi Vanyavilas or Taj's Mahua Kothi and Banjaar Tola.
