See ItineraryRemote Lands, Inc., the world’s foremost ultra-luxe Asia travel designer, has announced its Dozen Dream Destinations for 2014.
The list contains twelve Asian destinations, and includes a mix of lesser-known spots and more popular locations. As befits the company’s name, many of the destinations listed are truly remote and off the beaten track - destinations such as Nepal’s little-known Mustang region, Myanmar’s idyllic Mergui Archipelago, India’s Nagaland, and Thailand’s dive hotspot the Similan Islands. More well-known spots include Japan’s winter sports mecca Hokkaido, China’s historic Silk Road region, and the Philippines’ idyllic Palawan. There’s also an inclusion for one of the world’s newest natural wonders, Vietnam’s enormous Son Doong cave.
Remote Lands works with the very best properties, guides, local experts and transport suppliers in each location to ensure that clients have the ultimate travel experience, whether they are relaxing at a luxury beach resort in Palawan or trekking through the mountains of Mustang.
“Our first Dream Destinations list, in 2013, proved extremely popular with clients, travel agents and the media alike” says Catherine Heald, Remote Lands’ co-founder and CEO, “and we’re sure the 2014 list, which features more far-flung places, will generate even more interest. The list reflects our team’s enthusiasm and expertise in seeking out amazing Asian destinations and turning them into unforgettable holidays.”
The full list, with beautiful images of each destination, can be found on the Remote Lands blog at http://www.remotelands.com/blog/index.php/remote-lands-dozen-dream-destinations-for-2014/. Here is a small selection of the kind words our clients have said about us recently.
Your service was excellent, and as a matter of fact we felt slightly overindulged in luxury and too well looked after at some moments.
Our experience with Remote Lands was most positive - from the planning to the trip itself.
We had been to Siem Reap before ... but this trip was truly one-of-a-kind, an insiders look into the life and culture of the Cambodian people, truly a trip of a lifetime.
You are invited to Remote Lands’ signature Aman Jet Expeditions, in partnership with our friends at Aman. These are small group journeys designed for people who usually travel independently.
