Alistair Ballantine has spent 38 years in the luxury travel business. He is a highly experienced and well respected senior executive with deep knowledge of the US travel industry and global experience heading world renowned brands. His career and experience include 25 years as President of Abercombie & Kent, Inc, five years as Director of Sales & Marketing for Orient-Express Hotels, Trains & Cruises and Senior Vice President for the Oberoi Hotel Group. His experience includes all aspects of business including strategic planning, marketing strategy, sales planning and implementations, product development, advertising and promotion strategy, public relations, strategic relationship development and customer services. He has developed an extremely wide network of industry and consumer relationships throughout the world. He has an MA from Cambridge University, England.
