Motherhood and Beauty Day
April 7
April 7 is the Feast of the Annunciation in the calendar of the Armenian Apostolic Church, and officially recognized as Mother’s Day, on which children are expected to give presents to one's own mother, particularly a gift of flowers. A less common tradition is the gift of a budding twig. Though women’s day is in March, April 7 is considered an opportunity to celebrate the unique beauty of all women.

Easter
March 22 to April 26
Easter festivals remain the most important religious celebrations in Armenia, with various observances from March 22 to April 26. Easter time, or Surb Zatik, in Armenia, celebrates the resurrection of the Christian Jesus Christ. One familiar tradition includes painting eggs red with natural ingredients, like onion layers. One required dish for an Armenian Easter is trout with red wine. For the youth, there is a tradition to gather near Yerevan churches for and dance traditional folk dances and singing.

What Others Say
Here is a small selection of the kind words our clients have said about us recently.

Couple from Madrid
Our private jet was a very important part of our trip. Most of the legs were less than 30 minutes, compared to six to 10 hours if we traveled by road. Overall, we had a fantastic trip to a new country for us. Remote Lands never fails!

Marge & Julie, London
We had a wonderful time on our trip to Sri Lanka....we definitely had numerous experiences that would not have occurred had we just used one of the bigger travel agencies.
