Residence offerings at The Middle House are focused on making guests feel as though they never left home. Additional amenities, including a full kitchen complete with all appliances, personal safe, iron and ironing board, LED TV and home theater system, and much more, also come in the residences, which like the studios come in several differing floorplans. In-room dining, courtesy of Café Gray Deluxe, is also available 24 hours a day. Café Gray Deluxe
The sister to the iconic restaurant of the same name at The Upper House in Hong Kong, Café Gray Deluxe is the brainchild of New York-based Chef Gray Kunz. His cuisine draws on traditional American influences and showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients in courses both savory and sweet.
Frasca
Frasca is a modern Italian eatery incorporating ingredients procured either locally or from the finest Italian sources. Dining here is an experience sure to delight all the senses. Sui Tang Li
