My memories of the Great Wall are numerous. I have visited several sections of the wall and each section has unique features.

I had the chance to visit with the Red Yao in person. Most tourists know of a place called Guilin, but have you heard about the area of Longsheng about three and a half hours north?

Make no mistake: this industrial area has interesting origins. Known as the Dashanzi Factory Complex, it was formerly a cooperative engagement founded upon an alliance with the erstwhile Soviet Union (and East Germany).
