The Habitas Al Ula is an upscale adults-only hotel that brings luxury living to Al Ula in an eco-friendly manner. Scattered across a vawst swath of sand are 96 villas, each with well-appointed terraces, across three tiers: premium Celestial villas, Alcove villas, and Canyon villas. Each villa is sustainably-designed to embrace the natural surroundings and take advantage of the scenic canyon views. Complimentary e-bikes are parked by each suite, inviting guests to explore the property and beyond. The restaurant, Tama, practices sustainable agricultural methods and brings eco-consciousness into its local dishes. Other facilities include a yoga deck, wellness and fitness centers, and a swimming pool. In addition, the hotel facilitates programs for guests such as canyon trekking, meditation, and a weekly outdoor cinema screening featuring regional cultural films and documentaries.

There are a total of 96 guest rooms across three tiers: premium Celestial Rooms, Alcove Rooms, and Canyon rooms. Canyon Villa

Starting at 45 sqm, this entry-category room type offers sprawling desert and property views.

Alcove Villa

Similar to the Canyon Villa in size and interiors, the Alcove villas are located closer to the sandstone canyons for expansive desert views and privacy.

Celestial Villa

The largest of the three categories, the Celestial Villa is spread over 100 sqm of space. There is a separate living room with plush furnishings, a dining room, and a desk.

Art Installations

Spread across the property are interactive art installations originally commissioned for Desert X AulUla from a variety of artists.

Swimming Pool

This outdoor pool resembles a pale cerulean oasis amidst the surrounding red rock cliff faces. Sunbathe, have a drink, cool down and be seen around this stylish watering hole.

Thuraya Wellness

This wellness facility invites guests to unwind and reinvigorate in its restorative space which includes an alchemy bar, spa treatment rooms, a fitness center, outdoor wellness deck, and a yoga studio. The alchemy bar is stocked with a variety of local essential oils, herbal teas, and body scrubs which can be made into a custom blend for spa therapies.

There is one on-site restaurant which serves an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with continental and local dishes.

Tama

Tama aligns eco-conscious practices with an immersive culinary journey, offering international and Middle Eastern cuisine made from local, farm fresh seasonal ingredients and spices. Plant-based, gluten-free, and nut-free dietary requirements are well-catered to on the menus. Breakfast selections range from light and healthy offerings such as vegan toast and ginger yogurt to local specialties including shakshouka and a local omelette made with eggs, spices, and minced lamb. Lunch and dinner menus have on offer a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables cooked using a variety of techniques and flavors.
