The alchemy bar is stocked with a variety of local essential oils, herbal teas, and body scrubs which can be made into a custom blend for spa therapies.
Tama
Tama aligns eco-conscious practices with an immersive culinary journey, offering international and Middle Eastern cuisine made from local, farm fresh seasonal ingredients and spices. Plant-based, gluten-free, and nut-free dietary requirements are well-catered to on the menus. Breakfast selections range from light and healthy offerings such as vegan toast and ginger yogurt to local specialties including shakshouka and a local omelette made with eggs, spices, and minced lamb. Lunch and dinner menus have on offer a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables cooked using a variety of techniques and flavors.
