Amanpulo

The resort has a total of 40 casitas, which comprise of twin-roofed bungalows placed on the hillside and beachfront. The casitas take architectural influence from the Philippine native home (bahay kubo) and have large sliding glass doors opening out onto private balconies and loungers. Inside the spacious properties the rooms are decorated to fit with their local surroundings, with pebblewashed walls, coconut-shell tables, rustic Palawan rice and knife baskets. The rooms are well appointed with king-size beds with rattan headboards, comfortable seating areas, a fridge and hot drink making facilities. The generous Cebu marble bathrooms are well lit with large windows, framed with wooden shutters, the bathrooms feature double basins, a separate changing area, a shower and a stylish bathtub. Each casita has a buggy for exploring the tropical island.

Amanpulo has a range of facilities including a 114-foot swimming pool, a spa, library and a boutique and gallery. Those who like to keep active on holiday may utilize the beach sports hut, which provides equipment and trips for water sports or even a game on tennis on the resort’s courts.  There is also a dive center onsite, and dive trips and courses can be booked here. 

The resort has a range of restaurants and beachside bars for relaxed and intimate dining. There is a variety of food on offer including Vietnamese, Asian, Spanish and international, as well as a decent drink selection.
