The spacious suites overlook either a landscaped courtyard, or the stream and surrounding pine forest. The open-plan living and bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a reading chair, a window banquette and a traditional bukhari (wood-burning stove). The inside décor combines wood paneling and warm chocolate colored walls. The generously sized bathrooms have twin basins, a deep terrazzo-clad bath, a separate shower and toilet and dressing and hanging space.

The resort library provides a comfy space to unwind and learn about Bhutan from the many books on Bhutanese history and culture. The library is replenished daily with magazines and newspapers.

The spa features three private treatment rooms (two accommodate one guest and another is for couples), a steam room and changing areas. The spa menu ranges from foot reflexology to facials and oil massages.

At the restaurant look out for Thai curries and mouthwatering appetizers as well as a range of international dishes such as steaks, pastas and salads.
