Fitness instructors are on hand for workout advice and there are complimentary towels, drinking water and other refreshments available. Raffles’ spa is a relaxing haven away from the busy city offering signature and classic treatments inspired by Asian, Middle Easten and European heath and beauty regimes. The spa consists of 6 private treatment rooms, 1 VIP treatment room for couples, a sauna and steam room, a Jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool. The spa menu offers deep tissue body massages, Shirodhara – an oil treatment with a gentle head massage, jet lag spa treatments and much more.

Swimming Pools

Raffles has two swimming pools one indoor and the other on the rooftop. The swimming pools are large and well cared for, guests may relax on the comfy sun loungers whilst enjoying refreshments from the poolside bars.


Raffles Singapore is well known for its restaurants and bars, in particular the Long Bar home to the famous Singapore Sling cocktail. The hotel has over 10 world-class eating and drinking establishments with something to please every taste and occasion. Martini Bar

The Martini Bar is connected to the Billiard Room and features an impressive range of over 70 martinis. Guests may sample classic gin and vodka based drinks to marvelous flavored martini concoctions. The bar is situated next to a lush tropical garden, and provides an ideal meeting place with a relaxed atmosphere. 

Ah Tengs

Ah Tengs is a nostalgic 1950s style kopi (Southeast Asian coffee) shop serving fine tea and coffees, fresh pastries and scones with clotted cream and jam. The stylish café has all the colonial charm that Raffles Singapore is famous for with good service and reasonably priced food. Ah Tengs also serves traditional Chinese dim sum.

Empire Café

The airy Empire Café is furnished with period style dark wooden furniture. The café is redolent of an old fashioned kopitiam (Southeast Asian coffee shop). Expect to find dishes such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, chye tau kueh, fried carrot cake, sliced fish bee hoon, laksa, roti prata. The chicken curry is also highly recommended. 

Long Bar

Tick off one of the top to-dos in Singapore and visit the Long Bar for a Singapore Sling. The Long Bar is the home of the renowned cocktail, the two storied bar was inspired by the Malayan plantations of the 1920s. The bar has a vast array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and traditional pub favorite meals and snacks. In the evenings enjoy a drink whilst watching a live band play old and new music. 

Long Bar Steakhouse

Long Bar Steakhouse is situated on the second story of Raffles Hotel Arcade opposite the internationally famous Long Bar. Guests may choose how they want prime cuts of Australian and US beef grilled, along with a grilled seafood menu and hot and cold appetizers. The wine list contains rare and popular vintages to be paired with the succulent meat and fish dishes. Expect to find dishes such as crab cakes, Welsh lamb chops, black cod, Australian grass fed angus, foie gras, chocolate profiteroles, tarts and sherbets on the tempting menu.

Raffles Courtyard

Dine alfresco at Raffles Courtyard surrounded by exotic flora and fauna. Despite the tropical setting, the casual restaurant serves Mediterranean fare such as pastas, pizzas and salads. Italian specialties and creations include beef carpaccio and green salad and seafood stone-baked pizza, all served alongside well selected wines in miniature terracotta anforas.

Raffles Grill

Enjoy classical and contemporary French cuisine in a smart casual setting. Why not start with ‘Haddock Cream’ containing soft quail’s egg and Kristal caviar or scallop ravioli with olive oil jus, main course options include pigeon breast and sorrel and Welsh lamb loin. For dessert guests may pick from tempting sweets such as passion fruit soufflé, poached peaches or a cheese board. 

The Bar & Billiard Room

The Bar & Billiard Room houses two original turn of the century billiards tables. The restaurant centers around a weekend carvery and weekday lunch and evening seafood buffets, with free flowing wines and Champagne. Fitting in with its name, The Bar & Billiard Room has a fine selection of spirits, cognacs, martinis, champagnes, single malts, Armagnacs, ports, sherries, chocolates, coffee and Cuban cigars. The buffets consists of cheese selections, antipasti, pasta, risottos, ice cream, roasted and baked meats and seafood, salads, hot desserts such as bread and butter pudding and lots more. 

The Writers Bar

The Writers Bar is located in the hotel lobby, and pays tribute to the writers and artists who have either stayed or been associated with the famous hotel. The elegant old-world style bar serves cocktails, wines, beers and spirits. 

Tiffin Room

Light mid-day meals are a Raffle’s tradition and there is nowhere better for a spot of lunch at the Tiffin Room. The restaurant takes it name from the traditional Asian style tiffin lunch carriers. The Tiffin Room specializes in mild chicken curry, northern Indian vegetarian and meat buffets, afternoon teas and international breakfasts.There is a private dining room available for up to 12 people.
