The dinner menu is inspired by the Andaman Islands and the region's fresh seafood, infused with British and Asian elements. Think spiny lobster platter with nimbu hollandaise and sugar-cured tiger prawns. Breakfast comes complimentary and includes a selection of cooked-to-order main dishes and freshly-cut tropical fruit paired with house-baked bread and freshly ground coffee. Alcohol is also served at Jalakara, which is rather unique to the Andaman Islands – though please note the selection is limited. Beer, wine, and spirits are available, along with a simple cocktail list. Lunch can be enjoyed informally around the pool; choose from a thali and a light menu of salads, wraps, sandwiches, soup, and sharing plates
