Located on Shennan Boulevard, where the Nanshan, Futian and Baoan districts meet, the new Rosewood Shenzhen will provide convenient access to the city's key attractions. The multi-purpose building is the vision of Fosters + Partners, who will create 300 Rosewood hotel guest rooms alongside 50 Rosewood Residences. The residential-style accommodation will adhere to the brand's "Sense of Place" with views out to the skyscraper-strewn cityscape of Shenzhen, as well as the Noble Merchant Golf Club nearby.
