WHY WE LOVE THIS HOTEL

Location: Located just off the main island of Cebu, in the Philippines, Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa is nestled into its own piece of paradise on Mactan island, easily accessed from the mainland by bridge.

History: Cebu island has a very rich and interesting history, with colonial ties that date back to 1521, when the island was discovered by a Portuguese-born Ferdinand Magellan, resulting in a long power struggle between the colonizers and the island’s natives. Cebu is full of historical monuments and structures attesting to the turbulence of that time.

Service: Guests will enjoy being able to make use of Shangri-La services at all hours of the day, from the 24-hour business center, to the 24-hour room service available.
