Côte by Mauro Colagreco Unveils Its New Look

Riviera-inspired Bangkok venue bolstered by show kitchen and sleek lounge area.

One of Bangkok’s most acclaimed restaurants, Côte by Mauro Colagreco, has unveiled a range of notable enhancements designed to take it to an even higher level.

The acclaimed Riviera-inspired restaurant at Cappella Bangkok promises to indulge guests with its renowned tasting menus, which draw inspiration from the Mediterranean while incorporating sustainably and locally sourced ingredients.

Executive Chef Davide Garavaglia

Leading the culinary team is Executive Chef Davide Garavaglia, who received the prestigious MICHELIN Guide Thailand Young Chef Award in 2023. Among the notable restaurant enhancements are a revitalized Show Kitchen and a sleek Library Lounge, offering an array of new and exclusive edible creations exemplifying the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from the French and Italian Riviera.

“I am thrilled about this new chapter for Côte,” says Garavaglia. “I have cooked up lots of new ideas throughout my time at the restaurant, and the enhanced kitchen allows the restaurant to reach its full potential and deliver a truly exceptional dining experience.”

Interaction will take center stage in Côte’s new chapter. The restaurant will unveil a new Show Kitchen where guests can witness Garavaglia and his team’s culinary magic conjured right before their eyes.

This addition to the restaurant is thoughtfully crafted to foster a lively and engaging experience, igniting excitement and curiosity between guests and chefs as well as an opportunity to connect with like-minded enthusiasts.

“Apart from showcasing the world’s best seasonal ingredients from the Mediterranean Riviera and the unique textures of flavors of locally sourced produce, engaging conversations are strived for in this new era of Côte,” says Thibaud Charlemarty, Restaurant Manager and the recipient of MICHELIN Guide Service Award 2022. “The new experiences will fill the dining room with fun and lively interactions.”

In addition to the spruced-up Show Kitchen, guests will also soon be welcomed to the new Library service. In the sleek, dark wood-paneled lounge area, guests can enjoy tipples and refreshments in a relaxing atmosphere ahead of their meal in the main dining room.

The Library is destined to become a destination on its own with Garavaglia’s new Buchées menu, comprising creative bites and snacks that celebrate seasonal ingredients crafted with meticulous attention to detail, to be enjoyed alongside carefully selected wine from Côte’s team of sommeliers.

The Library service at Côte beckons guests to embrace a culinary voyage that weaves together refinement, innovation, and the irresistible allure of the Riviera.
