Deluxe
At 592 square feet, the immaculate Deluxe Rooms offer options of skyline views or the waterways of the Business Bay district. Appointed with a king bed and large wardrobe space, amenities include a rain shower, bathtub and spacious dressing area.
Premier
Covering a space of 753 square feet, the Premier Rooms have options of a king-size bed or twin beds, as well as choices of views: the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain or Business Bay and the city. These rooms can accommodate two adults and two children, though some rooms connect if you prefer more living space.
Club Fountain View
Also covering 753 square feet, the Club Fountain View Rooms offer unobstructed views out to The Dubai Fountain and the iconic Burj Khalifa. Configured with either a king bed or twin beds, these guest rooms accommodate two adults and two children, and also provide access to the luxuries of the Club Lounge, complimentary airport transfers and a 24-hour stay benefit.
Executive Suite
With more of a feel of an apartment than a hotel room, the Executive Suite stretches over 1,453 square feet and can accommodate up to three adults and one child (or two adults and two children). Perched high on the 12th floor of Address Downtown, the Signature Executive Suite covers 2,152 square feet and accommodates up to five adults and one child. Signature Royal Suite
The largest and most impressive of all the property’s accommodation options, the Signature Royal Suite spills over an incredible 5,059 square feet and two levels, accommodating up to seven adults and one child – ideal for families or groups traveling together. Within this duplex suite with its own entrance you’ll find three bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level, while a trip up the spiral staircase leads to living spaces, a separate kitchen area and a large balcony with views of the formidable Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain.
