One&Only The Palm's 65 guest rooms and 28 suites all feature contemporary Arabian-themed interiors. Guests can choose from the three-floored Manor House, which holds Premiere Rooms, Executive Suites, and a penthouse Manor Grand Palm Suite, or the more secluded and tranquil Palm Beach Mansions and Beachfront Villas.
Manor Grand Palm Suite
The penthouse of the main Manor House, the Manor Grand Palm Suite boasts uninterrupted panoramas of the resort. The ultimate spatial indulgence, this suite features an incredible 820-square-feet of room, with a large bedroom, foyer, open-plan lounge, and dining area, as well as a large outdoor terrace with sundeck.
Palm Beach Executive Suite
The Palm Beach Executive Suites are an expansive 436 square feet, nestled along the front of The Palm’s white-sand coastline. Guests may enjoy relaxing among the suite’s many rooms, from its integrated lounge and dining room, to its grand master bedroom with private balcony. Some suites feature their own private pools.
Palm Beach Premier
Offering 213 square feet of luxurious space, the Palm Beach Premier rooms are well-appointed with elegant furnishings, featuring a private balcony or beachfront garden patio.
Palm Manor Executive Suites
Located in the main Manor House, overlooking an expansive pool and palm-shaded terraces, these 427-square-foot suites are designed for guests’ ultimate comfort. A private outdoor terrace features both dining space and sun loungers. Guests will enjoy a high level of service from the room’s round-the-clock team of dedicated hosts.
Palm Manor Premiere Rooms
Located in the main Manor House, overlooking an expansive pool and palm-shaded terraces, the hotel’s well-appointed Premiere rooms feature 213-square-feet of space to stretch out in. Guests can enjoy the views from the room’s private balcony or garden patio.

Swimming Pools

One&Only The Palm may not boast a long list of restaurants that make your head spin, but it does feature just the right amount of choice to satisfy diners no matter what their mood. From the main Zest restaurant, to the trendy 101 lounge, the unique Stay restaurant, and the relaxed and warm Lounge, guests can savor gourmet food in style any time of day.

Perched overlooking the resort’s marina, this trendy dining lounge and bar serves up light tapas, or Mediterranean-style dishes day and night. Drinks are served from an open bar, with DJs spinning chilled out beats for guests to enjoy from the chic interior area, or from the breezy outdoors, with expansive views of Dubai’s iconic skyline.
Stay
Designed by Michelin starred-chef Yannick Alléno, Stay is contemporary and unique in both its design and its dishes, with the element of surprise being a key feature. Dishes are simple and delicious, and the seating selection is varied, with a shared table and Pastry Library being among the strange-but-wonderful concepts waiting to be discovered by diners.
The Lounge
Adjacent to the hotel’s lobby, The Lounge is the ideal spot to meet friends and colleagues for pre-dinner cocktails and snacks. The dress code here is smart-casual, but only after 7pm.
Zest
This is the resort’s main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The culinary flavors here are a unique melange of Middle Eastern, Asian, and Western cuisine. Guests may choose to dine in the elegant indoor area, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and shimmering Arabian-influenced interior design, or alfresco, overlooking the hotel’s grand pool.
