Residence and Spa Prestige Room

The Palace Superior Deluxe Room
The Palace rooms are surrounded by palms, ponds and streams, creating a beautiful oasis environment. Swimming Pools
The property boasts four temperature-controlled swimming pools, including an adults only pool, plus a stretch of private beach and 65 acres of landscaped gardens.
Water Sports
Kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing and Hobie cats are all available for use along the One&Only's private beach.

This sleek new restaurant in the Palace area features chic modern dining areas with dramatic crystal chandeliers and intricate artworks. Calssic European cuisine is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there's an overwater al fresco chill-out lounge for pre-dinner cocktails. An international wine list is offered.
Eauzone
Housed in stylish poolside pavilions, this venue offers a la carte lunch and dinner against the backdrop of the Arabian Gulf. Eauzone is located amid palms and pools in the Arabian Court, featuring a menu of modern Asian-inspired cuisine.
Nina
Indo-European fare in the Arabian Court features in this vibrant evening dining spot, with candles, beaded curtains and mosaics creating an exotic ambience. Spicy, aromatic dishes are offered a la carte.
Olives
Located in the Palace area, Olives offers casual all-day dining in a beautiful outdoor and outdoor setting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are served, offering international cuisine amid fantastic garden and pool views.
Tangine
Occupying a Moroccan-themed space in the Palace, archways, lanterns and live music create the perfect atmosphere for authentic Moroccan fare. Open for dinner from 7pm.
The Courtyards
These decadent chill-out spaces are located in the gardens of both the Palace and The Arabian Court. Cushioned majlis seating and twinkling fairy lights provide an intimate setting for drinks and shisha.
The Jetty Lounge
This is a sleek and sophisticated beachside bar offering beer, wines and cocktails with panoramic water views. Guests can sit indoors or outdoors and enjoy a relaxing mix of chill-out lounge music.
The Kasbar
This club in the Palace has three bars over three levels, dance floors and private tables. The Kasbar is open until 3am to guests 25 years and older.
The Rooftop Terrace and Sports Lounge
Offering ocean and garden views, this venue atop the Arabian Court provides comfortable casual seating and Arabian-inspired lounge music. Drinks and mezzeh plates are served until 1am.
The Rotisserie
Located in The Arabian Court, this all-day dining venue features a lively show kitchen, plus outdoor terrace and verandah offering views over the gardens. Classic European fare is offered here, with live entertainment in the evenings.
The Samovar Lounge
Located in the lobby of the Arabian Court, the Samovar Lounge offers cocktails, afternoon tea, coffee and snacks all day from 9am to 1am.
