ÀNI Thailand

Located along the beach of Ko Yao Noi Island and looking out across the stunning Phang Nga Bay with its dramatic sea-cliffs, beautiful lagoons, and pristine beaches, the Ani Thailand estate is a haven for group excursions. The resort’s ten connected suites can house up to 20, and while there is no shortage of spaces for gathering, there is an abundance of privacy available as well. Designed by Naga Concept, the spectacular estate is inspired by the temples of Northern Thailand. It is serene yet invigorating and soothing yet aspirational. Spacious bedrooms merge Thai and contemporary aesthetics while warm wood paneling creates a homey feeling. Ceilings are tall and bathrooms are indulgent. Some rooms are fitted with oversized bathtubs and others are home to private pools. The resort also has its own massive infinity pool, and guests can enjoy gourmet meals in the dining hall. A private chef oversees all meals, carefully curating dishes to make sure every bite is to the guests’ liking. Scuba diving and kayaking trips through the bay are imminent possibilities, and watching the sun set after a spa session is a part of life at the estate. For those looking for a place to hold a family reunion, business retreat, or just to spend time with their friends abroad, the Ani Villas Phuket is an ideal choice.

The estate’s ten suites can house up to 20 people combined. Spacious rooms have high ceilings, and calming wood tones are featured throughout. Antiques and artwork are dispersed among suites, and hardwood furniture adds a touch of chic while splashes of local sensibilities bring the rooms together. King beds are standard, with the exceptions of the pair of twins that can be appointed in the two Family Suites. Modern amenities that range from air conditioning to flat screen TVs are available, and en suite bathrooms are lavish. Some even have oversized bathtubs.

Ocean Villa

Ocean Villa

High ceilings, wood panel walls, and black accents create a sense of grandeur for guests of the Ocean Villas. From the covered patio area, visitors can take in the view and savor the sound of lapping waves. The decor features wood furnishing and a splash of local flavor, and the well-appointed room is fitted with a king-size bed and other luxurious pieces of furniture for lounging. These ocean front accommodations cover 97 square meters, and their en suite bathrooms come with stand-alone showers.

Pool Suite

Pool Suite

Centered by a private courtyard pool with flowers floating upon the serene surface of its waters, these glorious rooms are composed of warm wood tones and hardwood furniture. Antiques and artwork are spread throughout the 135 meters of space, and the king-size bed invites rest. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a stand-alone shower, and some also feature oversized circular bathtubs. A private balcony looks out across the beach and lush garden.

Family Villa

Family Villa

The estate’s two Family villa are on either end of the property. They feature two connected bedrooms that can both be appointed with a king-size bed or two twins, and there is an attached living room as well. They draw on similar aesthetics as the other suites, are also fitted with luxurious en suite bathrooms, and offer 91 square meters worth of space.

There are a number of facilities at the luxurious resort, ranging from an expansive swimming pool and a water slide to the spa area and fitness center. What really brings the experience together, though, are a number of group activities, such as yoga classes or kayaking excursions. There are batik painting and cooking classes, and special activities are custom-tailored to meet the needs of children visiting the estate. The connected suites bring friends together, but the thought-out facilities and shared experiences bring them even closer together.

Ani Spa

The Ani Spa affords panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay and provides a number of treatments that aim for relaxation of both body and mind. There is a steam room to help guests relax and release toxins before the spa treatment, and a double bathtub is available as a post-treatment indulgence

Children's Activities

A wide range of activities can be organized for children of differing ages and interests by the children's activity coordinator. Customized activities are devised to keep children engaged and entertained.

Fitness

The estate features a state-of-the-art fitness room. There are also other options for those wanting to get exercise in other ways. For example, Muay Thai kickboxing, Viyasana, Hatha, and Yin Yoga classes are held, and rock climbing and cycling trips can also be organized.

Swimming Pool

The communal beachfront swimming pool is 42 meters long and offers unobstructed views of the ocean. To one side there are rows of lawn chairs for drying off or basking under the sun, and the dining pavilion and lounge area are on either side of the pool.

Water Excursions

There is no shortage of stunning sights to be seen in the adjacent Phang Nga Bay, and kayaking, paddle boarding, scuba diving, and snorkeling excursions to explore scenic vistas and enchanting marine life can be set up as guests please.

The estate's kitchen is headed by Chef Yao and serves a variety of Thai and international dishes. Breakfasts are à la carte and include eggs, pancakes, fruits, and daily specials. Lunch includes everything from Pad Thai noodles with prawns to tandoori chicken salad, and multi-course dinners may begin with herbed coconut milk soup with seafood before moving on to stir-fried asparagus with oyster sauce. The point is that the culinary options available are as expansive as the bay’s horizon, and guests are encouraged to provide the kitchen with preferences and are invited to plan out meals. At the same time, should they leave it to Chef Yao to surprise them, he is certain not to disappoint. In terms of alcoholic beverages, there are a wide variety of spirits, wines, and beers available.
