With three separate bedrooms, this spacious main villa can sleep up to six adults and offers a range of configurations to suit a family or group. Besides the super king bedroom, the Hollywood bed can be substituted for two twin beds. The master suite, meanwhile, features its own jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Each room has its own ensuite facilities and is fitted with first-class amenities including climate control, HD television and wifi. There is an adjacent two-bedroom suite villa to offer more space.

Whether it’s the whole family settling down to watch a movie on the large screen, or the kids playing Nintendo Wii, the entertainment area is geared up for all kinds of high techfun for everyone.

Guests can make use of the extensive local knowledge of the staff to plan hiking and biking treks through the surrounding forests, for a chance to see and learn about rare wildlife and plants or to visit hill tribe communities where ancient Lanna customs live on. Other activities include longtail boating tours of Chiang Rai city and shopping in the night bazaar.

Guests can choose to stretch, breathe and unwind with a private class with the villa’s yoga master in the garden, or get their cardio workout in at the fully-equipped gym.

The on-site kids club in Pa Sak Tong villa will keep the little ones occupied with toys, books and games. Parents can relax in the knowledge that the kids are having a great time in safe hands, thanks to the experienced staff.

Set amid the gardens, the private pool awaits with waters heated by solar power for guests in search of a relaxing swim. No chlorine is added to the water; rather, it is cleaned by an ozone generation system.

There are three spas to choose from, all of which use chemical-free, organic products. The outdoor spa pavilion offers massages and steam therapies in the open air at the top of the estate. Paradise spa invites couples for treatments for two, including herbal steams and a dip in a private plunge pool. Teak spa, meanwhile, is located within Pa Sak Tong Villa.

Guests can opt to take their meals at the Dining Villa by the river, on the balcony of Baan Sak Tong Villa or overlooking the peaceful koi pond. For larger parties, the main villa, Khum Sak Tong, can accommodate up to ten and there is the opportunity to enjoy traditional Thai dance and music during dinner.
