Guests are afforded many dining options which include Penthouse Bar + Grill, four floors comprising six separate drinking and dining venues: The Grill (classic grilled seafood and steakhouse), Chef's Table (set courses and bespoke dining), The Cocktail Bar (signature cocktails and live jazz), The Depths of Blue (an intimate whisky bar with 360-degree screens and special effects experience), and the Rooftop Bar.
