The restaurant, boasting two Michelin stars, is run by Chef Paul Lau Ping Lui who is one of the top Cantonese chefs in Hong Kong and comes with 34 years of experience. Expect to find pork wontons with ginger and spring onion, char-grilled Iberian pork and wok-fried frog’s legs with salt and pepper.
Tosca
Tosca has an open kitchen allowing for a dramatic dining experience and specializes in Southern Italian cuisine.
