Ciao Terrazza is an alfresco Italian restaurant serving a range of Italian specialties and a large selection of fine wines.

Le Normandie

Le Normandie is a French fine dining restaurant with a front wall of windows looking out on to the river, a view particularly beautiful at night as lit up boats cruise the Chao Phraya waters. Expect to find egg caviar with vodka, Chateaubriand of beef Charolais with truffle jus, French farmhouse cheeses and other such delicacies.

Lord Jim's

Lord Jim's serves one of Bangkok’s most popular lunch buffets, as well as offering an a la carte and set menu. The restaurant, which overlooks views of the river, specializes in fresh seafood dishes such as oyster, lobster, tiger prawns, sushi, sashimi, fish tartar, fresh oysters, selected mollusks, crab, scallops and smoked salmon. Other delights include foie gras, fresh salads and Thai and western hors d’oeuvre s as well as a barrage of desserts, ice cream and chocolates.  

Sala Rim Nam

Sala Rim Nam serves delicious Thai cuisine. The restaurant is decorated in a Northern Thai style and has a classic Thai dance show performed every evening. Highlights from the menu range from coconut beef curry, fried prawns with garlic and chili sauce to steamed Thai dumplings and spicy seafood salad.

The Authors' Lounge

Enjoy afternoon tea in the sophisticated light and airy lounge room. The lofty room has an air of a bygone age with colonial influences, white-washed rattan furniture and Siamese umbrellas. The menu offers either a Thai or traditional English tea set with sweets and savories.

The Bamboo Bar

The Bamboo Bar stands out with its African safari theme and use of animal-print. Visit the bar for a quiet drink whilst reading the daily newspapers or for a glass of wine or two and some live music in the evening. The signature cocktail ‘Oriental's Mai Tai’ mixes up gold rum, grand marnier, orange, pineapple and lemon juice and grenadine syrup.

The China House

The China house is located just outside the hotel’s main building, the art-deco style restaurant is eye-catching with its Shanghai mansion inspired architecture. The menu features Cantonese dishes with a modern twist. Expect to find Peking duck, homemade tofu and a dim sum buffet at the weekends. 

The River Terrace

The River Terrace sits right on the banks of Thailand’s most prominent river, the Chao Phraya. Every evening a buffet is served including a sushi counter, fresh bread, sea food, barbequed meats, cheese and puddings. 

The Verandah

The Verandah offers Asian and Western dishes, located on an elevated level over looking the river. Expect to find gourmet burgers, salads and Thai classics.  The Verandah is a good place to sit either in the sun or shade and watch the world go by with a drink in hand.
