The Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur offers five-star leisure facilities, plus a luxurious spa with private single and couples’ treatment rooms, steam room, sauna and relaxation lounge. There’s also a modern gym, outdoor pool, tennis and squash courts, aerobics studio and hair and nail salon.


A spacious fully-equipped gym is open from 10am-10pm daily, with staff on hand to assist and personal trainers available. Treadmills offer a view of KLCC Park. Group exercise is offered in the aerobics room, including mat-based Pilates, dance and yoga. The use of the steam room, sauna and whirlpool is included for all aerobics guests. Two indoor squash courts and two outdoor tennis courts are available, with rackets and balls provided. Guests can also book the use of a coach if required.


A free-form outdoor pool is located on the terrace, providing wide views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. A children’s wading pool is adjacent. Guests can drink and dine by the poolside.

Good for a nightcap or evening socializing, Casbah is an intimate drinking venue with a decadent contemporary Arabian aesthetic. Guests can select from an extensive menu of cocktails complemented by international bar snacks.

Cascade Restaurant and Bar

Al fresco Mediterranean meals are offered on the outdoor terrace at Cascade. Guests can refuel after a swim or just enjoy sunset drinks. Meals are light and healthy and juices and teas are also offered.

Lai Po Heen

This Chinese restaurant offers traditional Cantonese fare in an elegant setting, inspired by 19th century ancestral homes. An open kitchen invites guests to watch a showcase of culinary skills, while the menu delights with classics such as handmade dim sum, egg noodles and Peking Duck.

Lounge on the Park

This all-day venue offers coffee, tea and Western a la carte dishes with wide views of KLCC park through floor-to-ceiling windows. Traditional Afternoon Tea is served, with a choice of more than 60 teas, or there’s a Royal English Afternoon Tea and a Chocolate Afternoon Tea. Cocktails are also served in the Lounge.

Mandarin Grill

Open for lunch and dinner, the Mandarin Grill is where to go for top quality steak, with specialties of Black Angus beef and lamb. The international cuisine here is served with a contemporary twist, complemented by a long wine list and park views through elegant floor-to-ceiling windows.


For all-day dining, guests can head to Mosaic, located on the ground floor. This is the most popular breakfast venue, offering a vast buffet of Eastern and Western dishes, with made-to-order stations preparing eggs, pasta and stir fries. Sushi, Tandoori, dim sum, noodles and pizza are all available here.

Sultan Lounge

This sophisticated bar and lounge features modern Arabian decor and dance music - perfect for guests seeking a little nightlife. Open until 3am, the Sultan Lounge offers a vast array of drinks including champagne - perfectly complemented by freshly-shucked oysters.

The Mandarin Cake Shop

For those who would like to take a delicious memento home, the Mandarin Cake shop sells a wide selection of sweet treats, including macaroons, chocolates, truffles and mousse.

Wasabi Bistro

Japanese cuisine gets the Californian treatment at Wasabi, open for lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy a private booth or a seat at the sushi bar in this informal venue, with a mix of salads, sushi, sashimi, seafood and Kobe beef on offer. Sake is also available.
