Measuring 1,300 square feet, the One Bedroom Villa is suitable for two adults. Standard amenities include WiFi, luxury toiletries and an espresso machine (illy coffee).

The River Side Villa is over 1,600 square feet in size, accommodating up to two adults and one child, with one master bedroom configured with a king-size bed and a second, smaller room with a single bed.

This villa can be split or bought out, featuring a first-floor space of 1,023 square feet (accommodating up to two adults) and a second-floor space of 1,400 square feet (also accommodating up to two adults). The upper floor is accessed by either common stairs or private stairs, depending on your preference. The rooftop views of the surrounding landscapes are stunning.

The Anavila Residence sit on two levels, with the upper floor being al fresco (no air conditioning, though there is a ceiling fan and mosquito net). The space covers over 2,500 square feet, accommodating up to two adults and two children - ideal for families traveling together. Views from the rooftop show off the nearby river, forest and pagodas.

The infinity-style saltwater pool measures 30 meters by 10 meters, which makes it the largest in Bagan. The views look out to the Irrawaddy River and there's also a poolside bar.

The traditional Burmese teak house is where guests can come to learn about local crafts from artisans, as well as techniques of cooking Burmese cuisine.

The poolside bar is the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail, watch the sunset and take in the evening breeze.

The Clubhouse is Anavila Bagan's restaurant, boasting some of the finest cuisine in the country. Organic vegetables and salads are grown onsite from seeds cultivated from the south of France, to create a mouthwatering menu of both classic Mediterranean and Burmese dishes.
