The Banyan Tree Club & Spa is centrally located at Mount Namsan, just 10 minutes from downtown Seoul. The hotel was renovated from the Tower Hotel which was created by the first generation of Korean architects. Each of the rooms and suites offer contemporary accommodations that includes a walk-in closet, a private pool, complimentary Wi-Fi, and high levels of privacy as each floor contains a maximum of four rooms per floor. Guests may dine at any of the 12 establishments which serve Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, and Moroccan cuisines. Deluxe Suite
Ranging from 70-90 square meters, Deluxe Suites offer a spacious, sophisticated environment on the 5-10th floors. Premier Suite
Offering 96-105 square meters of space, the Premier Suite is the second-largest room category. There are only two suites per floor, ensuring privacy and extensive views from corner windows. State-of-the-art technology and sumptuous amenities are complemented by warm contemporary design. A relaxation pool, Wi-Fi, shoeshine, turndown service, and breakfast in-room or at the Granum Dining Lounge are included with this room. Premier Suites are located on the 11th and 12th floors.
Presidential Suite
A luxurious home away from home, these suites offer the ultimate in space and service. There are two suites to choose from - the Namsen Presidential Suite and the Banyan Presidential Suite - each with two bedrooms, formal dining room, relaxation pool and spacious living areas suitable for families and dinner parties. Suites include Wi-Fi, shoeshine service, breakfast in-room or in the Granum Dining Lounge.
The Banyan Tree Club and Spa Seoul offers the full scope of its trademark luxurious leisure amenities and spa treatments. The spa and sauna are frequented by local members and hotel guests, as are the sports facilities - the pool, tennis courts, skating rink (in winter), a gymnasium and Troon Golf Academy with driving ranges and golfing simulator.
Basketball
An outdoor basketball court takes place amid the green grounds of the hotel, and it’s free for use of hotel guests for up to two hours per day.
Driving Range
A two-story, 80-yard driving range is available to those wanting to practice their swing. There’s also a 3D golf simulator, a golf shop and coaches from the Troon Golfing Academy on hand to advise.
Futsal
A futsal field is located on the property, belonging to Cha Beom Gun Soccer Academy. Guests of the hotel can use the field at no charge for up to two hours per day.
Gymnasium
A high-tech gymnasium is open from 6am-10pm every day, offering guests a wide choice of cardio machines, free weights and the assistance of trained fitness professionals. The gym also offers aerobics and yoga classes and a rock wall.
Ice Rink
From December to February, the Oasis pool converts into an ice rink and bob-sled field.
Pools
An indoor pool is available for serious swimmers who like to do laps, while an outdoor pool - the Oasis - is better suited to those who just want a relax swim. There are aqua aerobics classes offered and two mini pools for children.
Sauna
A well-equipped sauna offers guests three temperature-controlled pools, an aroma steam room, ice fountain room, herbal sauna room, shower experience rooms and a relaxation lounge.
Spa
Banyan Tree spas are famous for their extensive ranges of treatments, highly-trained staff and natural, exotic ingredients. The spa offers massage, beauty treatments, rejuvenation, waxing, special Rainmist therapy and indulgent signature packages.
Tennis
A tennis court is open to guests from 7am-9pm. Guests can book in for a lesson or just enjoy with friends. Available free of charge for up to two hours per day.
Dining at Banyan Tree Seoul encompasses fine modern cuisine, casual snacks, Asian favourites, high quality authentic Korean cuisine, international dishes and a wide range of spirits, beers and wines. Oasis Restaurant and Aqua Bar
Located by the pool, guests can enjoy drinking and dining under the stars. Diners can feast on a BBQ in their own beach cabana or order from the a la carte menu. In Winter, the pool transforms into an ice skating rink.
Club Member's Restaurant
This restaurant is open to all club members and guests - the perfect venue for parties or birthdays. Mediterranean, Asian and Korean cuisines are on offer here, there are several private rooms for hire, and there’s a Kids Club next door.
Festa Bistro and Bar
Overlooking the pool / ice-skating rink, this venue offers modern European bistro meals in a casual setting. A long cocktail list and a wide selection of whiskey cater for guests coming in for an evening drink. Australian wagyu and imported lobster are featured on the menu.
Granum Dining Lounge
This venue offers all day dining, with a vast array of Western and Asian foods on offer at the breakfast buffet. For lunch and dinner, a la carte meals and set menus are available showcasing the best of Southeast Asian cuisine, including Singaporean chili crab, pad thai and Vietnamese pho.
Juice Bar
Guests can rehydrate after a workout at the juice bar, conveniently located next to the gym. Fresh fruit juices are made to order.
Members Lounge
Banyan Tree guests and members have access to this quiet lounge, equipped with books, and comfortable reading nooks. The Lounge also offers tea, coffee and a selection of pastries.
