Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is an away-from-it-all hillside resort on the magical Gulf of Siam. Spacious Thai villas are wrapped in tropical gardens, conserved coconut groves and the amphitheatre of sky, sea and islands. The spa is composed of five salas, or covered verandahs, while you may also receive spa treatments on the beach and take advantage of the resort’s yoga pavilion. Restaurants include Lan Tania, perched at a hillcrest 328 feet above the beach, or the beachside Pla Pla, which is the Thai phrase for “many fish” and serves fresh fish daily. There is also a beach bar and 24-hour in-villa dining. Other facilities include the resort’s ultra-modern Health Club, beachside infinity pool, and two hardcourt tennis courts.

Four Seasons Koh Samui has 60 deluxe villas dotted around the beautifully landscaped hillside location. All of the 60 properties boast their own private pool complete with wooden sun deck and inviting lounge beds. The rooms are decorated with rich Thai materials including hand-woven silks, carved teak and rosewood and original oriental artworks. The villas are well equipped with modern entertainment and communication systems and complimentary Wi-Fi making guest’s stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
Family Villas
The Family Villas offer a master bedroom with a king size bed and a secondary bedroom with twin beds (there is also the option for an additional extra bed). The deluxe villas stretch over 1,273-square feet and come with a private blue tiled 161-square foot infinity pool over looking the ocean. The villas feature a southern-Thai come contemporary Asian decor theme, modern technology and luxury added extras. There is a large outdoor living space with sun loungers, a generous bathroom with a terrazzo shell-shaped bath and an outdoor experience shower.
Beach Villas
The Beach Villas are impressively situated just a stone's throw from the gentle blue Gulf of Siam waters. The villas have one king-size bed and the option of an extra bed, a large en-suite bathroom, a turquoise tiled private pool and an outdoor rain-shower. The villas measure 1,345-square foot and include many high-tech amenities such as an LCD cable flat-screen television, an iPod docking station, a multi-line telephone with voicemail, and wired and wireless high-speed Internet.
Beachfront Villas
The Beachfront Villas are 452-square foot and just a short walk from the stunning beach. The villas are decorated with a turquoise blue color scheme with rustic-luxury southern Thai elements. The Beachfront Villas have one king-size bed and the option of an extra bed, a large en-suite bathroom, a blue tiled private pool and an out door rain-shower. The properties come with high-tech entertainment systems, complimentary Wi-Fi, a refrigerated private bar, hot drink making facilities and indulgent bathroom amenities.
Business Services
The hotel's 24-hour business center offers audiovisual and business equipment, cellular telephones, computers, high-speed Internet, currency exchange, airline reservation, secretarial, translation and interpretation services.
Fitness Center
The resort's fitness center stretches over 678-square feet. The fitness center is open 24-hours, and overlooks views of the beautiful Gulf of Siam. The fitness center is comprised of an air-conditioned gym, outdoor stretching areas, changing rooms and a whirlpool. Certified trainers are on hand and complimentary juice and fruit are offered along with clean towels and drinking water.
Kid's Club
The hotel welcomes children, and the kid's club is open to 2 to 12 year olds for fun, games and activities. They also provide children's in-room amenities and a children's food and drinks menu.
Pool
The resort's 83-foot pool is set right in front of the beautiful beach, fringed by palm trees and backed by a wooden deck with sun loungers. Resort attendants provide ice water, chilled towels and water spritzes at the pool and beach. Guests may also order from the poolside bar.
Spa
The spa's nurturing treatments are inspired by ancient Thai healing techniques and holistic remedies. The spa boasts private treatment rooms located in five Thai style sala pavilions, each complete with an outdoor bathtub, steam room and indoor rain-shower. Another larger sala pavilion is reserved for facials, waxing and hair, nail and beauty treatments.
Tennis
Tennis is available on the resort's two hard-surface tennis courts. Guests may borrow clothing and equipment and playing partners can be arranged.
Beach Bar
Unwind after a hard day sunbathing or rev-up for a night on the tiles at the funky tropical beach bar. The bar is decked with inviting colorful loungers and cushions, guests may choose from a selection of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits with mixers. Light bar snacks are also available.
Bucket Barbecue
Enjoy your own private barbeque in the coziness of your luxury villa. The Four Seasons Ko Samui team will prepare a gourmet barbeque containing succulent meats, seafood, vegetables and salads to be cooked in your villa's garden. Choose from a wide selection of quality local and imported food including jumbo tiger prawns, wagyu ribeye steaks, New Zealand lamb chops and succulent organic chicken, all served with tasty sauces and sides dishes.
Dinner on the Beach
Perhaps you have a romantic meal in mind or a special occasion dinner, where better than to eat than an idyllic setting lit by Thai lanterns next to the lapping waters of the warm sea? Dinner on the beach is available with a Thai or western menu, a welcome glass of Champagne and wine pairing.
In Villa Dining
The resort's In Villa Dining service allows guests to savor the same world-class food available in the resort's restaurants in the comfort of their own villa. There is even a night-owl menu and a selection of gourmet picnics which can be ordered and enjoyed on a day trip to one of the near by islands or beaches.
Lat Tania
Lat Tania is located on the resort's peak at 327-feet above the beach, overlooking the white sands and blue sea. The restaurant is decked with teak wood floors and contemporary Thai decor. The restaurant serves delicious Thai and European food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Pla Pla
Named after the Thai word for fish, Pla Pla serves fresh seafood prepared in local and European methods. Look out for main dishes including grilled scallops, yellow fin tuna sandwiches, rock-lobster salad and prawn cannelloni.
