WHY WE LOVE THIS HOTEL

Location: This is the first five-star resort on Vietnam’s Con Dao archipelago, an area that has been protected for decades as a national and marine park.

History: In true Six Senses fashion, this resort has been built with the lightest possible eco-footprint, in order to preserve the island’s rich ecosystem that has been thriving throughout the ages.

Service: Renowned throughout the world for its first-class service, the Six Senses Con Dao melds its keen attention to detail with warm Vietnamese hospitality.

DETAILED DECRIPTION

Six Senses Con Dao, set along a kilometer span of white sand beach, is comprised of 50 oceanside villas, each with its own private infinity pool and view of the South China Sea. Each ecologically designed villa is designed to blend harmoniously with the hotel’s natural surroundings. Villas range from one-bedroom, single-level villas to lofty duplexes with four bedrooms. The resort’s complex includes a typical Vietnamese “main street” recreation of a fishing village and local market replete with local vendors, an art gallery, activity center, spa and library. Guests can choose to dine at the Hotel’s traditional Vietnamese open kitchen, coffee house, deli, or at the beach-side Chef’s Table and wine cellar. Six Senses Con Dao is approximately 45 minutes by plane from Saigon.
