Canopy rooms are situated within the main building and come in deluxe, premium and suite categories, starting at 63 square meters. All rooms come with outdoor balconies that overlook the rainforest and lush surrounds. Deluxe and Premium rooms comprise of a combined bedroom and living room furnished with king-size bed or twin beds, writing desk, vanity table, and two daybeds. Spacious suites offer separate living and dining areas.

The Datai Suite is the highest category room located in the main building and comes with 24-hour butler service. Offering 378 square meters of space, the Suite features two bedrooms, a spacious living room that can accommodate additional guest or children, a dining area with butler pantry, and a large outdoor private veranda fit for enjoying panoramic views of the rainforest and the Andaman Sea. The room rate is inclusive of complimentary airport transfers, a minibar (excluding wines from the wine cooler), daily signature breakfast and afternoon tea (may change at time of booking).

The 32 Rainforest Villas are raised on stilts and are situated in the heart of the tropical rainforest. They are connected to the public areas by a series of pathways. The Rainforest Villa is 123 square meters in size, while the Rainforest Villa with private pool is 175 square meters with a 10-meter pool by an extended deck and outdoor living area with sun loungers.

The Datai Estate Villa is situated in the rainforest, a short walk to the beach. It offers five bedrooms, two spacious living rooms, two dining rooms, a lounge with bar, two connecting pools and outdoor dining facilities spread over 3,500 square meters. The villa includes the services of a 24-hour in-villa butler and a private chef. Included with the room are complimentary amenities such as airport transfers, in-villa bar, daily afternoon tea and a la carte breakfast at The Beach Club or served in-villa (may change at time of booking).

These 13 beachside units offer direct access to the white-sand beach. With option of one or two bedrooms, units are 350-750 square meters in size, and come with a spacious outdoor deck. Villas fully enclosed within individual lush gardens that offer the ultimate privacy paired with convenience of direct beach access.

The Datai’s slice of beach paradise is a crescent stretch of white sand that is 1.5 kilometers long, hugging the warm turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea. The calm waters are excellent for swimming as well as beach sports including snorkeling, sea kayaking, windsurfing, catamarans, and sailing boats.

The Health Club offers guests a chance to keep active with a range of the latest equipment for strength and cardio in the gym located just off the the beachfront. Outdoor sports equipment for tennis and cycling, as well as sauna and steam room facilities are also offered.

The resort has three pools. The adult pool located at the main building welcomes adult guests aged 16 and over, while younger guests may avail the use of the Family Pool and Toddler Pool which has child-friendly wading areas.
