No hotel brand is more synonymous with Singapore than Raffles. The venerable hospitality name has expanded its footprint in the Lion City following the opening of Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the nation’s first all-villa luxury resort.
Situated amidst 100,000 square metres of verdant tropical gardens on Sentosa Island, the new property offers a tranquil escape that harmoniously combines natural beauty, legendary service, and holistic wellbeing.

Raffles Sentosa Singapore builds upon the illustrious legacy of the Raffles brand, which originated in Singapore in 1887.
“With this new resort, we are delighted to bring an elegant villa experience to Sentosa Island, inviting guests to immerse themselves in nature and wellness,” said Omer Acar, CEO of Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
Bobby Hiranandani, Co-Chairman of the Royal Group which helped develop the new resort, emphasized the significance of the opening, remarking, “We are honored to continue the distinguished Raffles legacy in Singapore, the birthplace of this iconic brand.”
Located only 15 minutes from Singapore’s Central Business District, the resort is perched atop a hill on Sentosa.

Designed by renowned firm Yabu Pushelberg, the resort features 62 stunning villas, each boasting private pools and terraces. The accommodations range from spacious one-bedroom villas of 211 square metres to the luxurious four-bedroom Royal Villa at 650 square metres. The thoughtful integration of indoor and outdoor spaces through expansive windows offers breathtaking views of the resort’s lush landscape, home to majestic heritage Ficus trees and a vibrant community of resident peacocks.
Guests are treated to the distinguished Raffles Butler service, with an option to arrive in style via a chauffeured Rolls-Royce limousine. Wellness and rejuvenation are central to the Raffles Sentosa experience. The Raffles Sentosa Spa, housed in a transformed heritage landmark building, offers 13 treatment rooms and a variety of therapies focused on mindfulness, massage, fitness, and hydrotherapy. Additionally, guests enjoy exclusive access to the adjacent Sentosa Golf Club and the pristine sands of Tanjong Beach.

Dining at Raffles Sentosa Singapore promises to be a culinary extravaganza, with five outstanding restaurants and lounges. Empire Grill, headed by Chef Bjoern Alexander, specializes in modern Italian cuisine, while Royal China offers exquisite Cantonese dishes curated by Executive Chinese Chef Ling Heng Yao. At Iyasaka by Hashida, guests are invited to experience Chef Kenjiro Hashida’s signature omakase creations.
The Raffles Room serves the brand’s iconic afternoon tea, and the Chairman’s Room presents a refined selection of fine spirits. Additionally, guests can choose to dine privately by their villa pool, in the lush gardens, or along Tanjong Beach, sipping on the resort’s unique Sentosa Sling cocktail.
