Aman has announced plans for its first Singapore property, bringing its signature blend of design and discretion to the city’s skyline. Scheduled to open within The Skywaters—a new mixed-use tower set to become the tallest building in the country—Aman Singapore will combine a hotel, private club and branded residences in one.

The project marks a new chapter for a brand that built its reputation on secluded hideaways from Phuket to Bhutan, and has in recent years been expanding into major cities. Urban retreats in Tokyo and Bangkok are already part of the portfolio, with further projects underway in Dubai and Riyadh. Singapore now joins the list, chosen for its position as a global gateway and cultural crossroads.
The Skywaters, developed by Perennial Holdings with architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, will occupy a prime site at the edge of Marina Bay. Aman has tapped its long-time collaborators Kerry Hill Architects to design the interiors, ensuring continuity with the serene, pared-back aesthetic that has defined many of the brand’s most admired resorts.
Aman Singapore will feature a full floor of spacious suites with sweeping views over the city and the South China Sea, a members-only Aman Club, and a collection of one- to five-bedroom residences. Facilities will include a large spa and wellness centre with an infinity-edged pool, alongside a range of dining venues showcasing Aman’s culinary concepts.

Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, called the project “an exciting chapter” for the brand, noting that Singapore had long been on the wish-list of Aman’s devoted clientele. “It will embody all the hallmarks of our urban sanctuaries, including intuitive service, serene design, privacy, and exceptional locations,” he said.
For Perennial Holdings, the partnership underscores the prestige of The Skywaters, which will reshape the city’s skyline when completed. “Partnering with Aman is a testament to the exceptional quality of the integrated development,” said Pua Seck Guan, Executive Chairman and CEO.
Founded in 1988, Aman now operates 36 resorts and hotels across more than 20 countries, 15 of them near UNESCO World Heritage sites. Its pipeline includes destinations as varied as Miami Beach, the Maldives and the Middle East.
