Activities
While we encourage relaxing to the fullest while in Ngapali, Remote Lands can also arrange various activities during your stay: Undertake a journey by boat along the coastline or to mangroves in a nearby river; go fishing for tuna, mackerel, or barracuda; watch for birds in the nearby forests; hike through woods, fields, and villages with your own private guide; bike through the surrounding countryside; golf at a nearby 9-hole course. Additionally, visitors can also go on a half-day tour of Ngapali to visit markets, handicraft shops, monasteries, and local villages.
Beach
Ngapali's beaches are a perfect complement to the wealth of cultural touring that Myanmar offers. Its soft white sands, warm tropical waters and ample palm tree shade make the perfect environment in which to reflect on your journey.
Kinmaw Village
Kinmaw village is a main market for the works of local potters and weavers from the Rakhine State (Myanmar's westernmost province).
Sunset
Catch the sunset at a small inlet known as “Pleasant View,” right on Ngapali Beach. Enjoy a few sundowners as the sun slips beneath the horizon, and the day winds to a close.
Zalat Htone Island
Zalat Htone is a black-sand island and another good place to either enjoy a picnic, photograph the natural surroundings or take in the sunset.
