A Skier's Delight: Exploring the Magnificent Mountains of Chon-Kemin
As one of the most beautiful places in Kyrgyzstan, Chon-Kemin Valley is the perfect place to enjoy a rewarding and challenging winter ski adventure. Standing 6,562 feet to 11,483 feet above sea level, the area is abundant with stunning slopes and conifer forests, all of which are overwhelmingly gorgeous when covered in a tranquil blanket of snow. The ski season is best from December to March.

Day-by-Day
Day 1

Meet our team in the airport and allow us to transfer you to your lovely hotel in Bishkek. If you arrive early, take a city tour with stops at sites including Victory Square, the State Circus Building, the Opera House, the National History Museum and Old Square. Then, dine in one of Bishkek’s best restaurants before retiring to your hotel for a peaceful night.

Day 2
MapChon-Kemin Valley
Enjoy a light breakfast and then transfer to stunning Chon-Kemin. Just a two-hour drive away, the heart of Chon-Kemin provides an awe inspiring and remote hideaway from the rest of the world. After taking in your new surroundings, enjoy a dinner at the guesthouse, your home-away-from-home for the next few days.

Day 4
MapChon-Kemin Valley
After breakfast, continue your backcountry expedition. Try areas previously unexplored, being sure to take photographs to document both the magnificent scenery and your own mastery of the mountains. After several hours of winter fun, remove your skis and relax among the quiet trees, taking in the astounding openness and natural wonder surrounding you. Then, ski back to the guesthouse for dinner and rest.

Day 5
MapChon-Kemin Valley
Once breakfast is finished, delay your ski adventure and instead, take a calming stroll around the yurt. Admire the snow-covered trees, the majestic mountains and the sweet animals living among the tranquil scenery. Then, strap on your skis and return to your favorite areas to further your mastery of the backcountry. As night falls, return to the guesthouse for a hot meal and a well-earned sleep.
Day 6
MapBishkek
Rise early and enjoy your final day of challenging backcountry skiing. Later, transfer to your welcoming Bishkek hotel. Explore the culinary delights of the city by enjoying a traditional dinner in a local restaurant. Then, return to your warm hotel and relax for the night.

If your flight does not depart until the evening, enjoy a final day of adventure in Bishkek. Return to favorite destinations or seek new areas for exploration: you do not want to miss any of the wonders this stunning city has to offer. Later, transfer to the airport, as it is time to head home or embark on your next expedition.
