The newly opened Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab marks a bold new chapter in Dubai’s luxury hospitality landscape.
Set on a private peninsula between the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sail-like Burj Al Arab, this superyacht-inspired resort completes Jumeirah’s ‘nautical trilogy’.
The property, which started accepting guests last month, presents itself as a destination in its own right. In this curated lifestyle haven, design, culinary mastery, holistic wellness, and cultural engagement converge.

Designed by acclaimed architect Shaun Killa, the resort’s architecture draws inspiration from the world’s most elegant yachts. Its graceful curves and expansive terraces appear to float above the water.
Inside, the aesthetic leans into 1960s Riviera glamour, featuring warm golden-hour hues, hand-blown crystal lighting, marble finishes, and plush, organic textures. The resort houses 386 rooms and suites, along with 82 serviced residences—all offering unobstructed views of the city skyline and Arabian Gulf.
The accommodations reflect the refined elegance of Italian Riva boats. They are matched by personalized butler service and exclusive access to the Iliana Pool Club, a beachside sanctuary of cabanas, private pools, and tranquil lounging. The showpiece Royal Suite features a vast terrace and plunge pool, while the Pearl Suite offers a dramatic wraparound balcony and private kitchen, ideal for hosting intimate events.
Dining is a core pillar of the experience at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, with eleven restaurants and four destination bars forming a diverse and ambitious culinary offering.

At the heart of the resort is The Fore, a transformative space that begins the day as a vibrant breakfast venue and evolves into four distinct restaurants and a central bar by night. These include Umi Kei, a Japanese concept that celebrates the art of kintsugi; Madame Li, a bold and intimate Asian fusion spot inspired by heirloom recipes; and Mirabelle, a marina-front Mediterranean brasserie that blends French charm with Italian ease.
The Bombay Club rounds out the set with a sophisticated take on Indian fine dining, led by Michelin-starred chef Manav Tuli.
Beyond The Fore, guests can explore a roster of standalone culinary destinations. Rialto channels the glamour of Italy’s Golden Age with bold Northern Italian flavors. Iliana brings Greek-Mediterranean flair to a relaxed poolside setting, while Kinugawa fuses Japanese techniques with French refinement.
Other highlights include Orizonta, a chic Eastern Mediterranean venue, and The Cullinan, an elegant steakhouse offering premium meat and seafood with panoramic marina views. Meanwhile, pastry fans will find a sweet escape in the Lobby Lounge’s Viennoiserie by Pierre Hermé.

The resort’s commitment to wellness is fully embodied in the three-floor, 3,500-square-metre Talise Spa, where state-of-the-art technology meets intentional, holistic therapies. With 13 treatment suites—each with a private terrace overlooking the Gulf—guests can indulge in cutting-edge treatments including cryotherapy, chromotherapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Partnerships with renowned skincare brands like EviDenS de Beauté and Swissline elevate the spa experience to new levels of luxury.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab also welcomes families with its dedicated Family Club, designed for children aged three to ten. Located near the resort pool, it offers interactive, educational activities that foster creativity and connection in line with the group’s new ‘Jumeirah Circle’ concept.
Outside, the Marsa Al Arab Marina and Promenade serve as social hubs. With 82 berths accommodating yachts up to 61 metres and a collection of boutiques and eateries lining the waterfront, the marina blends elegance with functionality. Guests and residents alike can enjoy curated cultural events, art installations, and intimate gatherings designed to foster community and connection.
Sustainability underpins the entire resort, from its terrace architecture that reduces cooling needs by up to 40% to its advanced irrigation systems and elimination of single-use plastics using NORDAQ water bottling technology.
