Price is based on double or twin hotel room occupancy and includes accommodation, transfers, car/driver, English-speaking guide, activities and entrance fees, breakfasts and some casual lunches while touring. Flights and optional special activities will be quoted separately. Embark on a magical tour of this mystic, exotic, historic nation, and live like a Maharaja, staying in luxury Oberoi properties at every stop. See the stunning the architecture of the mosques, palaces and forts from Jaipur to Mumbai. Get a glimpse of India’s rich flora and fauna with game drives on the trail of bengal tigers and elephant rides through beautiful scenery. Gaze at Udaipur’s palaces from a sunset boat cruise and sift through treasures in glittering bazaars. Round off your trip-of-a-lifetime with a stay in Mumbai and a visit to glamorous and fabulous Bollywood.

DAY-TO-DAY

DAY 1: New Delhi or Gurgaon

Upon arrival in exotic India, you’ll be swiftly transferred to your luxury Oberoi hotel, where you can relax and refresh. Indulge in a spa treatment or simply relax in opulence as you acclimatize and prepare for your adventure.

DAY 2: New Delhi or Gurgaon

Rise at your leisure and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in your hotel. Guests staying at the Oberoi New Delhi can take a tour of the city’s sights, from the famous Friday Mosque and the Red Fort to the bustling Chandni Chowk and the myriad art galleries. If you’re starting your journey from Gurgaon, it’s worth checking out the impressive skyline from your hotel and taking a stroll in the parks.

DAY 3: Agra

On arrival in Agra, check in at the The Oberoi Amarvilas with its stunning views of the area’s most famous landmark. Beyond just gazing at the Taj Mahal, today you’ll have the opportunity to visit and explore this stunning feat of architecture and passion.

DAY 4: Ranthambhore

This morning you’re off to Ranthambhore national park, where you’ll check in at The Oberoi Vanyavilas, set amid beautiful natural scenery. After a delicious lunch, head out into the park for a bird watching tour to catch glimpses and snapshots of some of the area’s most exotic winged inhabitants.

DAY 5: Ranthambhore

Wake up for an early breakfast, ready to go in search of the Royal Bengal tigers who prowl the park, on a game drive. After lunch, head into the Old City for an open-top jeep tour. After a day of excitement, you’ll want to relax back at your luxurious hotel.

DAY 6: Jaipur

This morning, make your way to Jaipur where you’ll be staying at the The Oberoi Rajvilas. Head out into the “Pink City” to see the City Palace Museum and the neighboring Jantar Mantar UNESCO-protected observatory next door, a stunning 16th-Century construction. This evening, relax at your restored Rajasthani palace hotel.

DAY 7: Jaipur

Experience the sights and sounds of life in Jaipur today. After breakfast, hit Tripolia Bazaar, one of the busiest markets in the city and after a local lunch, witness a grand puja ceremony. This afternoon learn the basics at Dera Amer elephant polo camp before climbing up for an elephant ride through the jungle. Spend the night in your palatial hotel.

DAY 8: Udaipur

Rise early for your transfer and make yourself comfortable in the The Oberoi Udaivilas at Udaipur. Here, you’ll take in the City Palace, Jag Mandir Lake Palace and the opulently decorated Jagdish Temple. After freshening up this evening, it’s onto nearby Lake Pichola for a view of the palaces by sunset.

DAY 9: Udaipur

After breakfast, get ready for an excursion out of town to visit one of India’s most holy sites. Marvel at the stunning architecture of the Ranakpur Jain Temple, dedicated to Adinatha. Here you’ll have the chance to see a traditional ceremony before heading back to your hotel for dinner by the lake.

DAY 10: Mumbai

Your final stop is in colorful Mumbai. After checking in at The Oberoi, spend some time exploring the city. Browse the 50,000 exhibits covering ancient Indian history at the Prince of Wales Museum. Next, snap pictures at the world-famous Victoria Station and later, take a stroll around the upmarket area of Malabar Hill. Retire to your hotel for a relaxing night.

DAY 11: Mumbai

After breakfast at your hotel, prepare for a day of arts. Start with the pieces on display at the elegant National Gallery of Modern Art. Later, pay a visit to the district responsible for some of the world’s most colorful movies, Bollywood. Enjoy dinner at the Oberoi on your final night in India.

DAY 12: Departure

Wave goodbye to beautiful India as you are escorted to the international airport in Mumbai for your onward flight.
