Day-by-Day
Day 1

Touch down at Bandaranaike International Airport to be greeted by your guide and driver who will whisk you off to Bentota beach where you’ll check in to your comfortable hotel. Here, enjoy a delicious dinner before bedding down for a good night’s sleep.
Day 2
MapYala
After breakfast, begin your adventure with a drive to the vast and sprawling Yala National Park. This beautiful nature reserve is home to rare wildlife, including indigenous birds and leopards. Spend the day on a safari drive discovering exotic flora and fauna, then check in to your hotel in the national park for a night within nature.

Day 3
MapNuwara Eliya
After breakfast in Yala, embark upon your journey into the highlands. Your destination today is the picturesque town of Nuwara Eliya, nicknamed ‘little England’ for its colonial influences. Allow yourself to be enchanted by the pretty country cottages and relax for the night up in the cool climate of the rolling tea plantations.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before heading out on a tea trail. Famous for its tea exporting industry since the early 19th century, Sri Lanka’s highlands are a neverending patchwork of lush green tea terraces. After a day spent exploring the estates and factories and drinking in the scenery, relax back at your hotel for the night.

Day 5

Say goodbye to the highlands as you head back to the beach after a delicious breakfast. Back at Bentota, spend your last afternoon as fiances on the golden sands and relax before the big day.

Awake to the sounds of the sea and to the knowledge that today is the day you’ve been waiting for. Spend an unforgettable day declaring your vows and tying the knot with your loved one in stunning surroundings, on a beach of soft sand with the ocean as a backdrop.

Day 7

Embark upon the first day of the rest of your lives together with a journey into the mountains to discover the ancient capital of Kandy. Explore this historic town, a stronghold for the Sinhala kings of yesteryear; visit the temple of the tooth relic and take a stroll round the gorgeous botanical gardens. Relax for the evening in the comfort of your Kandy hotel.

From Kandy, continue your romantic adventure with a trip to Sigiriya, the ancient fortress of Sri Lanka’s 5th century kings.Take in the wondrous carvings, statues and paintings, and marvel at all the history around you before heading to Habarana in the afternoon. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity awaits here, with a ride at a stately pace on the back of an elephant. Spend the night at Habarana after your exciting day.
Day 9

Enjoy breakfast before starting the leisurely journey to modern-day capital Colombo through Sri Lanka’s beautiful scenery. Check in to your comfortable hotel and enjoy a guided city tour by night. From the newly built skyscrapers to the bargains in the back-alley bazaars, there are surprises around every corner.
